If you can read, then you should do this... They're saying that cold water is recommended. Why ? Because cold water have higher surface tension... You should be happy that you have a place for trying this stuff... I'm from poland, and i'm realy interested in that too, buu i'm afraid it might be a fake... Even in the video posted earlier you can hear : "researchers said that it is fake"... :(
